Domestic Shipping
All orders within the continental United States are shipped using either UPS or USPS at our discretion. Orders are shipped out in 1-3 days, and expected delivery times will be varied depending on the method of shipment.Please email us with any questions that you may have at sales@thepoliceoutlet.com
International Shipping
Canadian shipping cost is determined by weight. Most items on the website can be shipped to Canada. Important note: any shipment (including samples) of handcuffs, leg irons, handcuff keys, disposable restraints, or other restraints and accessories outside the USA and Canada requires a US Department of Commerce export license.If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, it is advised to contact us for more information about shipping your order. Please email us for quotes on international orders.
Purchase Orders
We accept Purchase Orders from City, County, State, or Federal agencies. Purchase orders should include an authorized signature. Your first order opens your account. Just email or fax in your order and it will generally ship immediately.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with every aspect of your purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to make it right. Returns are accepted for full credit or refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This absolutely does not mean that the product can be put into use for thirty days and then sent back. Please include all original packaging, a note explaining the problem, and a copy of the receipt or invoice. Some items do include a 20% restocking fee. (Generally, Special Order Items.)
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by check, money order or PayPal.
Payments by money order ship immediately. Orders by check ship upon clearance of check. Use our shopping cart feature to select your items. Simply use your browser's print function to print out your order form. Enclose payment and mail order form to address above.
PayPal is also accepted. Simply calculate your order total using the shopping cart. Then email or fax order and send PayPal payment to george@vigilantpersonalsecurity.com
Sales Tax
We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all shipments to Texas addresses.

Vigilant Concepts Group, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vigilant Concepts Group, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
